A brilliant 4k transfer of Kubrick's horror masterpiece. The extended edition doesn't affect the paving of the film. The bonus disc has some great additional content.

4K version of The Shining what else needs saying, if you're going to watch it this is the version to see.

More than happy with the product and service provided.

In our house it is one of the great scary films and we wanted to see if the 4K version brought anything to the table. Not disappointed at all, the whites and blacks gave the film a real atmospheric visual lift. If you are a fan of the film then investing in the 4K version is very worthwhile.

The Shining 4K Blu Ray offers a stunning transfer of the, in my opinion, superior extended cut of the horror classic. Both picture and Sound are utterly superb. This is a must buy for fans of this masterpiece.

For a 40-year-old movie, this transfer gives it new life. The UltraHD version looks really nice, much better than previous Blu-Ray releases. The movie comes with a cardboard slip cover, featuring new cover art compared to previous releases.

A classic movie and the best possible quality of image you are even gonna have of it: a no brainer purchase;)

Always loved this film and after hearing that the 4k restoration was great, it was a no brainer. I bought this and the sequel Doctor Sleep, both were well worth the price of an upgrade, but The Shining was on another level. Its a go to if you want to show off your setup, and more importantly it is the best version of one of the greatest films of all time.

Superb upscale considering the age of the movie. It’s a classic for me and really pleased with it!
