this is by far and away the best version of this movie. the combination of a 4k restoration and hdr means that the colours really come to life in a way that previous dvd and bluray versions could not. the restoration has not removed the natural grain of the source material and given the age of the movie it does not have the digital crispness of the latest cgi dense blockbusters but to my mind that just adds to this movies' charm. then there is the fact that this is puppetry by jim henson, he of muppets fame, and not cgi. paradoxically this gives the film a realness that sometimes seems missing when cgi is used. combine all of this with a rollicking tale about a world split in two and you have an almost perfect family friendly movie that will keep you coming back again for more and more.

One of my all time favourite childhood films which looks and sounds fantastic in 4K. Zavvi delivered super fast and the disk was in perfect condition when it arrived!

A classic and looks amazing in 4k, packed with excellent extras. 

Loved this film as a kid but i think its better on dvd not the best picture on 4k as the film is old
