When I first seen the trailer last April, I knew it would go down in history as another video game movie. One delay later and it fixed the big issue from the original trailer. The movie itself is pretty great despite being a video game movie.

I got this for my partner, the steelbook is fantastic!

Growing up and being a fan of sonic back in the early 90’s got my interest in this film and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The film was cheesy and very meta but it knew that which made it fun to watch. It wasn’t trying to be a serious film, it was a film about sonic from the games and that’s how it was portrayed. To anyone who is a fan, I would give it a watch! The steel book itself is the reason I bought it as I collect steel books. As you’d come to expect from Zavvi, the steel book was spot on. Excellent graphic, very eye catching and appealing to look at.

Another great steelbook yet again from Zavvi. I now own so many steelbooks and to think I only started collecting last year! Always great prices, and amazing packaging and service. 5 stars from me.

Great looking steelbook. Bright colours and Sonic the Hedgehog. What’s not to like? Get one of you can. It’s a fun film for a family to watch together.

All the steelbooks i have purchased have been brilliant and top quality for a collector however it is a real shame that there is never any artwork on the discs and in fact very generic for a 4K movie l. Apart from that though great!
