So the product itself is fantastic for any transformer collector. Detail is amazing and the number of changes you can make keep you occupis for hours. However not sure it's worth it when dealing with Zavvi. Live chat constantly unavailable, 2-3 days per response to a message which then ignored all previous messages sent. Every little thing you want to do (returns especially) as difficult as they can possible make it.
