Great looking steelbook, artwork is the bomb! Very happy with this purchase. Can’t wait to have the full set

I was intrigued by the overall design of these steelbooks. The decision to decorate them with the original release posters on the front and pivotal characters from the series on the back was a great choice. This is however marred by the choice of cover for ESB, which arguably ruins the overall art style of the collection. A New Hope has a stunning case, both inside and out, with the insert being the famous duel between Obi Wan and Darth Vader on the Death Star, and the back depicting the iconic duo of C3-PO and R2-D2. This 3 disc set comes with a 4K ultra high definition copy of the movie, a standard blu ray disc and a bonus blu ray with tons of extra content. Overall I am very happy with it, a fine addition to anyone’s Star Wars collection!

Artwork is perfect. 4k quality is very very good. You really wouldn't think this movie was made in the 70's! Great product.

I don’t really think I need to review the film itself. I’m a huge Star Wars fan and this along with Empire and Jedi where huge parts of my childhood. On to the picture and sound quality. Picture wise it is a stunning transfer. I watched this on an LG OLED 65 inch and even found this to be better than the 4K stream in Disney +. There may have been a few grainy moments on occasion but I didn’t really notice them so they weren’t distracting from the film and to be fair it is 43 years old. Sound wise I’ve never heard it better. My soundbar is a Sonos Beam with 2 Ones as the surround speakers. It was phenomenal but I can imagine having a Dolby atmos soundbar would make this even better.

I really like it, nice job, great artwork but because of the lockdown I couldn't afford to get the next 2 so will probably have to pay through the nose for them, shame. Dropped a star because you use those stupid CAPTCHA that tend to slightly overlap 2 squares so it's a 50/50 chance to get it right first time!

I have been a Huge Fan of Anything to do with Star Wars since 1977, when, at the tender age of 5, it was first Released in Cinemas!! To finally own and see the Original Masterpiece in this Gleaming 4K Presentation is Amazing!!! Zavvi have done a Fantastic Job of issuing this Classic Movie with Original Artwork in a Fantastic 3 Disc SteelBook!!! I can’t wait to Own the full Limited Edition Zavvi Exclusive SteelBook Editions of the Entire Star Wars Franchise!!! Keep up the Good Work Zavvi!!!

Don't need to say anything about the film itself, we all know it's a masterpiece. The 4k transfer here is stunning, best the film has ever looked. As for the steelbook, it's beautiful. Glossy, pin sharp images all round. The addition of the border around the edges is a nice touch, and I like the positioning of the logo and film title at the bottom, perfectly sized as not to distract from the main artwork. Fantastic addition to my steelbook collection.

Finally, the version we’ve all been waiting for. Beautiful steelbook artwork that takes you back to where it all began. Must have for any Star Wars fan.

I’ve been lucky enough to catch all the preorders in time and this is best start for another Star Wars collection. The whole design in perfect and the film is also perfect.

Finally!!! The Start Wars saga is getting the steelbook treatment, with this one being the first and most deserving. The 4k image is great and the steelbook itself is nice and glossy.
