This steelbook looks so much better than any other previous releases of this movie, and that goes for the package and the UltraHD transfer. A lot of the movie is shot in the dark, so the HDR really improves the experience.

Kept me entertained throughout. Lovely looking steelbook; purchased for this reason, but the movie was a delight. Engaged with throughout. Very good movie, and had many different levels to enjoy.

Saw this movie years ago and purchased in 4K (the best way to watch a movie) Great fun and great cast.Well worth a watch if never seen before (keeps you glued to the screen)

From producer Steven Spielberg and director JJ Abrams brings you Super 8. An excellent homage to Spielbergs earlier films with a touch of Stand by me thrown in for good measure. My steelbook arrived in good time and it was another winner from Zavvi (a great design for a great movie)The 4k transfer is awesome too,much better than the original blu ray release. Very happy with my latest purchase.

Super 8 is the lesser mentioned gem in the JJ Abrams filmography. A heavily Spielberg influenced love letter to 80s movies. Add a dash of Stand By Me, a pinch of The Goonies and a big dollop of both E.T and CE3K. Great performances from the largely teen cast, a fun mystery and some thrilling scenes, all in all a good watch. The 4k presentation is a nice upgrade from the blu ray. Not spectacular but looks shinier and prettier than before. The steelbook case looks great, nice artwork. Plenty of extras on the blu ray disc.
