I ordered this jumper on the 5th December for it to arrive 23rd December. I get the Christmas period is busier but almost 20 days to dispatch and item is terrible turn around. I ordered it to be able to wearing over the festive period but instead i got 2 days use out of it

Zavvi is selling products they are simply not able to deliver, it has been 3 weeks and not even a peep from there overworked customer service, nor any sign of a refund or apology, if you want to send your money into a black hole try a wishing well at least you might eventually get a response.. 🎅🏻

Don’t bother ordering as it won’t get dispatched. 2 weeks and they still won’t post the item.

Love this jumper so much. It combines Xmas and Pokémon and looks so cute on.

Great jumper, very comfy looks great. Took the advice and ordered a size up which was defo the right idea.
