A great build, fun to make and sturdy when transforms.

Assembling this set made me happy like a little child because it brought back memories of the old days.

This is a great set! Grabbed it while on offer so even better! Husband can’t wait to build it! 

Bought this as a gift for lego mad son (21), quality of product great, good character likeness. Only downside is the transformation is not always smooth or would have got 5 stars

Whilst a fun build and certainly a classic from my childhood, the prime lego kit looks as it should. My only gripe would be the weak mid-joint that has a tendancy to separate when used. Other than that, buy it...

Purchased while on sale. A truly excellent Lego set that is as satisfying to build as it is to display. Actually looks even better in person than on the box, and the novelty of transforming Lego Optimus has yet to wear off.

Was a really good set to build enjoyment from building this iconic figure from my childhood  So I would definitely recommend this set for adults from the 80s

Great set, just arrived in a damaged box which was a bit disappointing
