I ordered this bag on the 7th of December, it says it’s still processing?!? It’s a shame because everything else I received fine. I have tried to contact this company multiple times. I never get any response. There doesn’t seem to be a phone number it’s very frustrating!! Zavvi your customer service is non existent it seems.

Ordered this Stranger Things ,bag for my daughter as she's a big fan.Im extremely pleased with the item,and I'm sure she is going to love it too. Its a Christmas present so it will be hidden away until then. Fast delivery and I will just say I messaged customer service regarding sizes of a t shirt and they we're very prompt getting back to me and very helpful, that goes a long way. So thankyou:)
