I ordered 3 items on the 29th Nov, received 2 emails, apologizing for late dispatch. Then radio silence. I contacted them twice before Christmas, no response, other than one of my items is cancelled. One delivered on 24th Dec and I received an email with an apology on 24th Dec offering a 'good will gesture ' of 30% off to be used within 6 days. I tried the code, but it stated it wasn't an active code. Emailed again, no response. Emailed again to try and get a refund on the final third item ordered on the 29th Nov. 2 days later I received an automated response stating that my order will arrive by the 1st Dec........on the 16th Jan!! Awful service, no response and the gesture of good will did not work!
