This was a small part of my order which was ordered on the 7th of December, it’s now the 6th of January and I have still not received the rest of my order! Zavvi took £115 from my account on the 8th of December when non of the order had yet been dispatched! I have tried to contact Zavvi many times with no reply, very poor customer service, I know Christmas is a busy time but that’s no excuse! Very unhappy and out of pocket customer 🙁
