After my anxious pre-order last year which then led to being delayed for months from it's original release date - who knows why, Warner Bros? - when this long expected 'ultimate collector's edition' finally arrived, I was disappointed to open up the contents & find that the steelbook artwork was identical to the bland sleeve cover found in the basic UHD Blu-Ray version. As an avid collector & movie cover artist, I have had some terrific alternative imagery found on steelbooks that make them pop from the bog standard sleeves - 'A Nightmare On Elm Street' is such an example - but I expected far better for a classic movie like this. It may seem petty, but this far from lives up to the 'ultimate' release promised. No doubt the movie in terms of picture & sound in 4K rocks, but anybody that bought the regular & cheaper release already knows this .... Fellow steelbook geeks - save your coin for something more satisfying.
