I ordered this on the first of December for a Christmas present, it’s now the 24th and has only just been delivered. I ordered in plenty of time and after contacting them multiple times and trying to cancel my order because it was taking too long all that was said was they’d give me a code for me to send it back once it arrives. I will not be ordering again because it’s such poor customer service, no reason for it to take so long.
