Purchased this for my husband. Processing and dispatch was extremely slow. I was fully aware that during the holiday period there would be some delay however this was ridiculous. After numerous emails being ignored I cancelled my order. Which didnt go though, I emailed to cancel, I didnt hear back. Then I recieve an email on the 12th Jan, my order is dispatched, I should recieve by the 30th Dec! I had no faith in the parcel being received, or being undamaged. However it arrived on the 14th Jan, my partner is extremely happy with it. I'll be avoiding this company in future.
