This is one of the best, if not the finest 4K restoration/reconstruction of any film older than 20 years that I've seen. The work that went into transferring Tron to 4K was arguably as much of an artistic process as was the making of the film itself. The steelbook is glorious. A great deal of effort, time, and energy clearly went into producing this release. Now on to Tron: Ares!

Beautiful Steelbook and looks brilliant in 4K 

I remember seeing this at the cinema on its first release and loving it. The 4k edition is something that I have been waiting for, especially a steelbook edition too and its stunning i can tell you.

Bought this not expecting greatness but open minded off the back of tron legacy 3d that I love, but the transfer was great, I can see why the graphics in the digital world were not perfect because its the graphics of the time, they wanted to show the progression in graphics between tron and the legacy, really enjoyed the film.

The steelbook has nice artwork with spot gloss on parts of the characters suits

I'd love to review this purchase but as I still haven't received it, it's a little difficult to say. Looks good in the pictures though.
