Zavvi charged my card on the day of placing the order, then took 12 days to deliver the item and would not let me cancel the order for a refund. When it eventually turned up, Zavvi want £2.99 for me to return the item. This was a birthday present, arrived a week too late. I chose Zavvi because the item was at a fair price and apparently in stock because my card was charged and the order was accepted. Lesson learned!
