I was so excited when it was announced that Arrow had secured/partnered with HK Classics to release the John Woo movies in the UK. This is a personal favourite movie of mine highly recommended for anyone who is an action fan. Great story, amazing action set pieces and holds up well today. The 4K transfer for me looked incredible, nice clean images particularly in the daylight scenes it could have been shot today. Minor blemishes now and then but nothing of note and you may well miss them if you aren’t looking hard. I’m not a sound guy so can’t really comment on the sound transfer but to me it sounded lovely and the score/music on this is iconic. Highly recommend getting this one on 4K!
