Having never seen the film before, but being a fan of 80s low budget movies I took a chance on this and was pleasantly surprised. A fun, cheaply-gory film with some fun scenes, and a wacky premise. The film looks great considering its age. The packaging is cool, with some nice art cards, laminated beer mat, and poster, however my only gripe is that to justify the larger VHS style box, other than for nostalgia’s sake, it would have been nice to have a few more things to fill it. Other releases have the remake included, so not sure why that isn’t in here, and there could have been some other memorabilia, like a mini Tenafly Viper bottle or something. Minor critique aside overall I was happy with this blind purchase.
