Series 1-3 are really good, may have gone on too long after that.

Goodnight Sweetheart is a great series. Really funny with a lot of attention to detail. A very nice and unique style of case for the discs. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Goodnight Sweetheart - Series 1 - 6 are great DVDs. They're a bargain price and my 8 year old daughter loves it, I couldn't ask for more.

In Goodnight Sweetheart, Nicholas Lindhurst plays Gary Sparrow, an accidental time-traveller going from the late 90s to 1941, where he finds the royal oak and Phoebe, who he falls in love with, but he has a wife in the 90s... can he live the two lives, or will he stay in war-time britain? I think this story-line is brilliant, and keeps the viewer intrigued to watch more. Totally worth buying.

I love this series when it was on tv. A present for my mum as we used to watch it together when it was on. Was amazed to be able to get the whole series on dvd for so little expense. A fantastic tv series that was missed when they stopped filming!!!
