I missed the whole lot the first time around. I was addicted to series 1 through a rental and carried on with series 2. I went cold turkey, waiting for series 3 to come through and I'm now feeding the habit. The Wire - Season 3 is 12 hours of some of the best telly ever made. This is magnificent.
