Great film, very touching!

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Great film, its sooh sad too for a disaster movie, kinda reminds me of the whole nightmare that the poor people who died in 9.11 must have gone through. You can't make film about a disaster and not nod your head to those who died and survived such a horror. This film isn't so much frightening as harrowing, like someone tried to imagine the horror of a true disaster.

Cloverfield Review

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

When I saw the trailer for Cloverfield I knew it was going to be just another monster movie. It turns out it was worse than that. The actual story of the main characters is sub par, the style was pointless and it just seemed that it could have been a much better movie even if a few minor adjustments were made. CGI features heavily in the film and it was all shot from one point of view, despite the fact that is cost $22 million to make, how can they have spent $22 million on CGI and wages? There were only five main characters. Deliberate or not, at the end of it all, you're left wondering about everything, like what actually happened after the end. I was was left thinking where the last 90 minutes of my life had gone. Can I have them back now though?
