Okami is a beautiful, deeply moving piece of art. The setting is original and instantly engaging, the characters are endearing and the story is a wonderful Japanese fairy tale that will make you laugh, cry, scream, and cheer. This is one of the best looking games of all time, no joke. The game uses a gorgeous cel-shaded look made to resemble a Japanese watercolour painting, and it really is stunning to behold. By taking the tried-and-true gameplay of Zelda and infusing original elements such as the painting mechanic and arena combat, Okami manages to become it's own beast. The soundtrack is a joy to listen to, with a traditional Japanese orchestra. The game is also very long; well worth the price at over 40 hours long. All in all Okami is not only one of the best Wii games, but one of the best games of all time. I guarantee you will fall in love with it :)
