Loved the The Matrix Trilogy, great to get it on bluray.

Need to take time to digest plot but stunning pictures.

The Matrix Trilogy is very mixed. The Matrix is a fantastic film that's well directed, well produced and with great effects. Presented in HD, this film looks stunning with great action sequences. Also, it manages to be one of the few films where Keanu Reeves' wooden-like acting suits the part perfectly. Now this was meant to be a standalone film left open in case the fledgling film makers ever wanted to return to the story. Due to its massive success, the studios immediately demanded sequels. This unfortunately gave us Revolutions and Reloaded - bad decision as big Arnie would say. The second film enables you a slight grip on sense and reality within the fake matrix reality, but was harsh and jumpy in story and direction overall. Finally, there's the third, disjointed excuse of a movie. The less said the better. All in all, I would say despite the weaker second and just plain awful third movies, this Blu-ray box set really is worth the money.

The Matrix trilogy is a great film in Blu-ray. The quality of picture and sound is really good. I would recommend this.

It's difficult to say anything about The Matrix Trilogy that hasn't been said before. My only advice is that everybody should have seen it. On Blu-ray with 5.1 sound... is there anything better?
