Poor Service all round
Ordered item on 05/12/25 which was a Christmas present for my granddaughter , Zavvi accepted my order and took my money despite them clearly having no stock of this item . Messaged them on the 16th and 23rd Dec trying to find out where my item was but still waiting on a reply and no sign of my granddaughters present , had Zavvi been any way decent they should have at least refunded me and allowed me to go and purchase elsewhere but absolutely no communication whatsoever . Thanks very much for all your good help Zavvi I won’t be back that’s for sure , have a good one 👍
