GTA V
Rockstar Games’ critically acclaimed open world comes to a new generation. Far Cry 4
In Far Cry 4, players fbind themselves in Kyrat, a breathtaking, perilous and wild region of the Himalayas struggling under the regime of a despotic self-appointed king. You assume the role of Ajay Ghale, returning to the country of your birth, the lush forests and harsh snow-capped summits of Kyrat, to fulfil your mother’s final wish of distributing her ashes. You summarily find yourself caught up in a rebellion to subvert the oppressive regime of Pagan Min, a figure notorious as much for his sense of style and charisma as for his cruelty and naked brutality.
In Far Cry 4, you’ll conquer fortress outposts from the back of a six-ton elephant and take to the skies as you rain down explosives from your moving perch in the gyrocopter. The vertical landscape of the Himalayas isn’t just a gorgeous backdrop, but a playground that encourages the gamer to scrap, hunt and explore, grappling cliffs or launching into the air, plummeting to the valley below in a controlled free fall with your wing suit. You’ll carry with you a truly unique arsenal of weaponry that lets you play your way, whether it’s sniping, sneaking or all-out assault. When all else fails, animals can be your most important allies or your greatest peril, as Kyrat’s wilderness delivers on the promise of a true open world anecdote factory. All of these missions feed into Far Cry 4’s brilliant economy, where everything in Kyrat has a cause and effect.
Vehicles, tools and gadgets: Kyrat’s varied landscape and biomes mean getting around isn’t always as simple as jumping into a car or tuk-tuk. Going up will be more important than ever. New tools at your disposal – the grappling hook and ‘the buzzer’ gyrocopter will aid your journey alongside returning fan favourites – the wingsuit and hang glider, allow for new levels of vertical gameplay. Some fun additions that you’ll find in Far Cry 4 are that you can kick people out of and jump between moving vehicles. Your trusty camera will also be a useful tool for scoping out enemies.
Animals: Wild animals run rampant in Far Cry 4 – tigers, elephants, bears, honey badgers, eagles, rhinos, wolves and more. The advanced AI programming for these animals adds interesting unpredictable twists to your gameplay. Use them as weapons by releasing them onto outposts, and even as a vehicle if you get hold of an elephant. Hunting animals and harvesting their skins also allows you to craft better gear for Ajay.
Weapons: Silenced sniper rifles, automatic crossbows and C4 are just some of the exciting weapons at your disposal in Far Cry 4 and again, animals can also be used as weapons.
Co-operative gameplay: The new integrated drop-in/drop-out open world co-op mode provides a seamless and fun experience when it comes to playing with friends. Bring a friend to Kyrat and experience scouting from above in a gyrocopter or hunting on the back of a six-ton elephant. You’ll now be able to discover and explore the massive living world of Kyrat together.

Team Tactics and Control: Teams will now have contextual awareness of the game and will dynamically adjust their tactics according to the situation. For example, your opponent could be leading by a goal in the 88th minute and decide to hold the ball in the corner in an attempt to run down the clock. The end result is a more humanlike opponent that takes more risks when trailing, and potentially a more conservative approach when leading. Park the Bus, In the Mixer, and Time Wasting are just some of the Team Tactics fans will recognize in FIFA 15.FIFA 15 fans now have more freedom in attack with the ability to take control of teammates during throw-ins, corners, and free kicks. Authenticity: The FIFA 15 development team created the Next Generation football player – ensuring players appear true to their physical form. Corner flag physics, goal frames that shake, and animated LED ad boards are just some of the new details that bring FIFA 15 to life.
Agility and Control: FIFA 15 adds an all new level of responsiveness and control. Run Touch Dribbling allows players to better keep the ball under control in a sprint and in close-touch situations, giving personality to the most recognized players in the world. Leo Messi will dribble and move like he does in real life. Updated player biomechanics means that players will now react and move with balance and closer control when in possession of the ball. More precise steps and turns at low speed, and closer control at high speeds give fans more control and increased mobility when commanding players on the pitch.
Man-to-Man Battles: Dispossessing your opponent in FIFA 15 is more rewarding and physical than ever before. Players use Full-Body Defending to win possession and keep it. Possession Tackles will reward great defending, helping players keep the ball close to their feet when a challenge is won. New shoulder barges, push/pull mechanics, and big fall physics allow fans to feel the battle; shirt pulling is also visible thanks to new character visuals and improved cloth technology.
