This Nintendo 3DS XL Console: Limited Edition Yellow Pikachu is great, and a must have for anyone who loves Pokemon. It's a great device that is both ergonomically and aesthetically pleasing. It's very easy to use, with lots of great features including built in mini-games. It also gives the availability of downloading extra software from Nintendo eShop. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product!
Ah, this Nintendo 3DS XL Console looks amazing. If you have a 3ds and are not sure about the 3DS XL, get it as the screens are so much bigger and the 3d effect is great. You will wonder why the 3DS didn't originally have this size screen to begin with. The normal 3DS now just looks like a slim version of what should have been. Also the Pikachu is super cute, i just want to pet it's face.
I bought the Nintendo 3DS XL Console: Limited Edition Yellow Pikachu for my son for Christmas. I am very pleased with the product and would highly recommend it.
The Pikachu edition of the 3DS XL is a fantastic collectors item and a cute one at that! The XL was a bit heavier than I expected but that was fine as it felt alot sturdier than my old regular 3DS. Everything has been tightened up so it doesn't feel as loose as the original did (such as the hinge and the 3D slider). I predict that this Nintendo 3DS XL Console could become quite the collectors item one day, and so I quickly brought a transparent hard case protector in which to save the surface from scratches and marks. I would definitely recommend anyone else with this to do the same. My only real problem with this was that the inside of the XL is white, and the very same material that the original DS Lite was made from. This white material can get stained yellow/brown with regular use so I would advise you maintain it quite frequently to keep it that nice snowy white.
