Lt. Jordan O'Neil (Demi Moore) finds herself embroiled in Washington politics when she is selected as the first woman to participate in the Navy S.E.A.L.S. training programme as an experiment to integrate female combat fighters. She must struggle to overcome a physically gruelling schedule, constant harassment, and sabotage, whilst burdened with the knowledge that the future of women in the military depends her success.
