Wii Fit Plus will still enable everyone in the family to combine fitness with fun. Wii Fit Plus offers you even more understanding of your fitness levels and the new workout routines make it even easier to work on those trouble areas of your physique.
Wii Fit Plus still offers 3 key areas but each has been expanded to offer you more information about your Physique, all new training programs and additional exercises, as well as additional areas of your fitness to track as a family including the pets!

- Know your physique: Wii fit Plus will now allow you to check and monitor 4 areas of your physique, BMI (body mass index), centre of gravity, and calories burnt during your workout you can then set your goals, against these areas. The BMI test measures your weight / height. Wii Fit will take this measurement and let you know how you fair in comparison to the ideal. Once you are aware of your BMI you can set goals to reduce this measurement, by take part in the Wii Fit exercises and introducing a healthier lifestyle. Your centre of gravity is measured via the Wii Fit age test in which you will take on various balance in an attempt to keep you Wii Fit age as close to or lower than you real age.
- Train Yourself: Wii Fit Plus contains 5 training categories Aerobic Exercises, Muscle conditioning, Yoga, Balance Games and all new Training Plus. All the training categories are designed to help develop bodily balance control, burn fat, help tone and condition muscle, as well increase aerobic stamina. All these great activities offer a fun way to get fit with your family.
- Wii Plus routines: Allows you to create customised training routines, or ask your personal Wii Fit trainer can create training programs for you, based on the area of your body you wish to work on, Bum/Hips/Thighs etc Wii Fit will help. There are over 40 different activities within four training categories.
- Aerobic exercises: New Additional Jogging Courses, Ste Rythum Remix all new songs.
- Muscle exercises: 3 New Muscle Exercises.
- Yoga: Includes 3 New Poses

a good buy
This is a good addition to the original wii-fit game. It always frustrated me that you had to keep starting and stopping with the old game in order to choose an activity. Now its much more like having a proper workout

WiiFit Plus
Excellent add on for the original wii fit game. It extends some games too harder levels which is great when you have mastered the easier ones. Great value for money. Hopefully Nintendo bring out more along these lines. Must have wii fit board for this game!

Amazing adaption to modern fitness
For those of you who have owned wii fit in the past will certainly know the strain it can put on your physical fitness but it is well worth it! However, wii fit plus is even better, it has the same exercises and activities as before but now it has 3 new strength exercises, 3 new yoga exercises and training plus! An exciting new type of activity centre which includes some rather physical activities and some relaxing ones too. The new simple test means weighing in quickly without all the hassle of the balance tests which is an extra bonus. Also for wii fit plus is the my wii fit plus which includes a calorie goal for how much you would like to lose every day and the calories lost in each activity is displayed at the end! Also, there are various routines for different goals, for example relaxing, warming up, over indulging, tummy etc. All of which can help you target specific areas. Furthermore there is a multiplayer mode in which you can play a selection of activities with any mii's and what everyone has been waiting for the actual ability to register your pet (cat or dog) and weigh them! You can also see them running around in some activities which is really interesting. Overall if you have never owned wii fit don't bother, get wii fit plus! It has all the same things and is basically an upgrade of the previous game. For those who already own wii fit i would still advise to buy wii fit plus as the amazing new adaptions make it easier for you to lose weight or just have fun! Suitable for all ages and fun for all the family! For a small price it really is worth it and say goodbye to tiring diets with fun daily workouts that really do keep you interested and the enjoyment distracts you from the reality of actually exercising. An excellent product and an amazing upgrade!

Brilliant fun
How clever these guys are ! I know it sounds sexist bought i bought wii fit for my wife and she loved it and even dragged my little one on it who supprisingly liked it too. So when the new one came out I though ok id buy it for her again same old, same old, but it's not ! ..........Loads of new games, id love to know what the neighbours think when they walk past with some of the flapping and wobbling that goes on. I like the calorie counter/burner and the multi player both are fantastic aditions. The snow ball fight is very addictive and the biggest bonus you can keep your original wii fit data !

wii fitter for Christmas
I reckon that I've got a small window to lose weight before the Christmas food binge starts and this is going to be the product to do it. Loving the new adverts with Ant and Dec as well, Nintendo seem to be going from strength to strength with wii fit plus. All i need to do now is switch off my television set and go and do something less interesting instead (hold on that won't work will it!)
