A long film, and worth every second , has an almost 1930s episodic feel, If you like your heroes give it a go..stunninig visuals and sound on 4k
as usual a timely delivery with no issues at all. The picture, while not the best transfer out there still looks good, it can be quite grainy in places. The HDR does have its moments and some of the scenes look amazingly good. Its a shame it isn't consistent throughout. The sound is on point however and it has never sounded better
This 4K realise of the film is great, the picture and sound are better than previous editions and with it being 'The ultimate cut' was wonderful to revisit. I'm so pleased to have it in my collection.
After recently watching the Director's Cut, l found this on Zavvi and knew that l had to give it a go. Wow, what a film. It's not perfect, but the Ultimate Cut is the best way to experience the graphic novel come to life.
For me it’s the best super hero/comic book adaption to the big screen. Plot/characters/soundtrack/cinematography were all executed extremely well!
