Halo Anniversary is a little rough around the edges, with a few textures popped in, and frame rate issues but it still plays really well. If you loved the first Halo game you can't get a better option for playing it. It also comes with codes for Master Chief armour for your Avatar and it includes 6 classic maps that have been re-made for Halo Reach.

I played all official Halo Games and I like this one very much. It brings back the feeling of the original Halo: Combat Evolved with a new fantastic look. The original sound effects have been replaced with high quality sounds that sound just fantastic.

I would like to say that the graphics on Halo is not so good despite the HD rendering, but this is Halo and its always a great pleasure to play.

Those who missed Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, I recommend you to check this out. Even though the graphics are re-designed, do not expect as much as it was in Halo Reach.

For everyone who played the original Halo and loved it, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is a must have! The single player campaign contains some of the best moments of the games era, and now we can enjoy it in High Definition graphics. Thankfully the game play has been untouched, meaning you really do get the Combat Evolved experience. The multiplayer levels are a selection of six from Halo 1 & 2 and I have loved playing them again, they've all been remastered and in some cases tweaked (to address both technical and game play issues apparently) but they are instantly recognisable, the memories that I have of playing these maps with friends alone is worth the money. Because of the visual remastering the game would also be great for younger people who may not have played the original but would like to see where arguably one of the largest gaming franchises kicked off. Overall Halo: CEA is an explosion of nostalgia in a very pretty package, so if you're looking to rekindle some memories, or perhaps looking for a history lesson in gaming, this is a must!

Halo Anniversary, to me, is the Halo game that is the best. It is a re-mastered edition of a classic game, whose only drawback would have been its old graphics. This remake is a good game with great graphics, and leaves me in anticipation for Halo 4!

Halo: Combat Evolved is a classic title for all Xbox 360 gamers!

Any excuse to go back to the original and best Master Chief adventure has surely got to be worth it especially at this price. Brilliant story, money well spent.

I was not part of the first wave of people who bought this game originally. It was Halo 3 that got my attention first. I love Halo 3, disliked Halo ODST, loved Halo Reach. Then I bought this game, and loved it within 10 mins. It what you would expect from the Halo games. Great graphics, great storyline, gratuitous violence and haunting music. Bought it, played it, missed sleep, but loved every second of it.
