Farscape was one of the best sci-fi shows on TV, so I just had to buy this! This blu ray definitive collection is the best the series will ever look, and it's a major upgrade from dvd release quality. The sound is fantastic, and this blu ray has English subtitles if you need them. All the special features have been copied from all the previous DVD sets available, and thats a lot of special features! There is also one new feature you can only get on the blu ray set and thats called Memories of Moya: An Epic Journey Explored and features the cast and crew looking back on the show. My opinion is if you dont have Farscape and want to get the best quality picture and sound possible of a cult classic, then this Definitive Collection is the one you need to get!

FARSCAPE was one of the best sci-fi shows on TV, but for some reason I didn't catch the later seasons when they were showing. The sound is fantastic though and this blu ray has English subtitles. A big selling point if you need them because the DVD set has none. All the special features have been copied from the DVD set too and there are lots! The main problem with this blu ray set is it doesnt come with the peacekeeper wars so if you want the whole story you will have to find that separately like I did. My opinion is the DVD set is fine and has everything you need but if you dont have FARSCAPE on DVD and want to get the best picture and sound possible of a cult classic, this is the one to get.

I really enjoyed this series and it is just as good on Blu-Ray. The only thing I would have done to improve this box-set is to put a booklet in each series with an episode guide. The picture is 4.3 and so you have the black down each side of the screen but this is easily remedied.

Having been a Farscape fan for years I hoped this would not be just a quick stick onto Blu-ray as quickly and cheaply as possible and sell to die hard fans to see their excitment drain with bad images and sound. I wasn't dissappointed, a brilliant set which looks and sounds amazing.

Brilliant box-set containg series 1-4 of the best science fiction show. Definite must buy for a fan of excellent, drama, comedy and action.
