Yakuza: Dead Souls is a very good zombie game. I'd recommend this to anyone who loves the Yakuza franchise.

You will kill so many zombies! So much fun!

Yakuza Dead Souls is a mix of all the previous games with added flavour provided by the zombie outbreak in Kamurocho. Aside from all the zombie killing and survival, our heroes can also enjoy the fun and pleasures of the city either by engaging in various mini-games or dates with several hostesses. Hours and hours of story and several sidequests keep you playing until the dead are taken care of!

Yakuza: Dead Souls is a perfect shooter game in the Yakuza Style.

I love Yakuza: Dead Souls, and I love the story and the gameplay. This game is about Zombie outbreak and instead of using fists to beat down enemies, the Yakuza now use guns. It's bloody mindless fun, the story is quite interesting even though it's not the caliber of the other Yakuza games but it's fun and funny. Also the boss from Yakuza 2 now is back to join your team, to save the city. If you like Yakuza, you should add this into your collection. At this price, it's definitely worth every penny. Cheers!

The well known Yakuza: Dead Souls characters are back to save Kamurocho from the zombies. Yakuza: Dead Souls is a great game for those who've played the previous episodes. Graphics are at the same level (what you saw in Yakuza 3 and 4) and the 10-13 hours long story is simple but enjoyable. The game's controls are occasionally terrible e.g. camera movement: when you try to make some headshots. A few hours later it will be easier with some experience. I recommend the game for Yakuza fans, it's a very good "special episode" until the Yakuza 5 release.

If you enjoyed Yakuza 4 you probably will enjoy Yakuza: Dead Souls. You will find yourself in a familiar city, but this time it's all about shooting instead of fighting. The controls are a bit odd, but once you are getting used to it you will work your way through hundreds of zombies easily. All in all I would recommend this game to fans of the Yakuza series. Others I would recommend to play Yakuza 4 first.

Absolutely love the Yakuza series and this is no exception, classic storyline, check. Good atmosphere, playability, music, difficulty level and humour. Its a zombie/action movie experience on crack. This is a must buy for any fans out there. 9/10. One star taken off for camera problems (i.e. you are vulnerable to attack when repositioning yourself camerawise in game)

Yakuza: Dead Souls has great graphics and lots of stuff to do. It's a good idea to cross over Yakuza and zombies. The gameplay is a little difficult at first but you get the hang of it very quickly. This title gives you a lot for the price you pay, and it's great.

I think magazines have given too low scores to Yakuza: Dead Souls! It's fun, and has that famous "yakuza-feeling", and this time, zombies! It's a nice game before the official Yakuza 5.
