God of War is God of WAR!!!! I started playing on NORMAL mode and went through the game without any issues it was a lot of fun, I enjoyed the marvelous graphics and then I came to Level 28, I was not able to manage it (5hrs of retry) - the only weapon that had one slot left to be upgraded were the normal blades (L3+R3 function 2). I was very mad about the game, so I restarted on EASY Mode - I went through the game very EASY didn't need many health chests and then Level 28 (all weapons fully upgraded), it wasn't even worth to be mentioned, I went through in one go on the first try. The only thing on which i complain about the game is, that it is unbalanced in 1 Level of 30. The rest is PERFECT.

God of War: Ascension is a great, awesome game.

Having played a previous God of War games and sequels often letting people down, I took a risk at buying this game. However, the game has been a pleasure to play and helps to understand Kratos' origin. Slightly easily game play in some respects.

God of War: Ascension is a good game at a good price. It does have some new features compared to the other GOWs but this one lacks a bit in the combos which are less spectacular than the previous games. The story is good like all of them. This is a must have for GOW fans!

This game is awesome! Do not hesitate, just buy it!

Superb game. You wont be disappointed. However, beware. Game is advertised as coming with free online code.....it does not. Lots of complaints over this.

The storyline to this game is unreal. From the first minute the game is full of action. It's one of those must have games!
