28 Weeks Later is the maligned sequel to 28 Days Later, the groundbreaking zombie movie which kicked off the "fast" zombie trend. While the original movie is clearly superior, "28 Weeks" is an action-packed movie which is made memorable by effective use of moral dilemma. I ate it up, so to speak. The steelbook is a quality piece of metal with reasonably classic artwork, although perhaps the monochrome red color scheme is overdone here. This is a region B release which does not play in my North American region A locked PS3.

The Steelbook is a good choice: the movie is great the artwork is realy nice the disc has nice bonus features + a lot of different languages the price is nice ;)

A really great steelbook with nice embossed title on the front, a cool backcover and artwork in the steelbook. The film has german language, which was very important for me. Looks nice in the cupboard next to the 28 days later steelbook (which has NO german language).

When this film was announced and Danny Boyle was no longer director I had doubts about how good this film would be. Fortunately the film was surprisingly good and actually kept the story going very well. The effects are excellent and the setting in London Docklands works well. Robert Carlisle is his usual dependable self and Jeremy Renner(pre Avengers) is a good solid actor for the role he takes. Overall I think the film does what most sequels fail to do, keep me interested and not try to blow loads of stuff up all the way through to make up for a lack of story. I highly recommend for any zombie/survivor film fans out there.

PRETTY COOL, AN ENJOYABLE TALE, and excellent acting from Carlisle, moved along at a good pace really cool movie.
