As you will discover playing the demo, the gameplay is really excellent; loads of fun, very attacking and full of goals. Possibly too many goals.. The goalkeeping is terrible, so you will probably never see a 0-0. But I guess I'd rather plenty of excitement than a series of sticky 1-0's. However, at time of writing Konami still haven't updated the player database, so I am playing with last year's squads. It is slightly annoying and cheapens the experience a bit. The overall presentation of the game is pretty poor, compared to FIFA's slickness. I don't think the graphics are nearly as good either. However, overall I'm pretty happy with the game. I'd rather have this in the Playstation than FIFA when my mates come round for a quick game of football.

Good game and an improvement on previous versions, good graphics and lots of options but tries to be too much of an arcade/management sim and this causes the tactics and formations to become too advanced and loses the once simplicity of the previous versions. All in all a good football game with some different angles but is it able to take on the might of the FIFA franchise and its official licences I don't know. If you like football don't knock it till you try it!

This just plays SO much better than the Blatter title and I wasn't bribed to say that ! Scores with the editing options that allow you to create your own players and team to your hearts content.

A great addition the the PES collection, this year sees you being allowed to import your own custom team badges and kits which is a massive plus for all of the Pes editors out there. Gamewise this improves on last year's formula especially with how responsive the players are and the new collision animations are far more realistic, goalkeepers can make some amazing saves as well. The data pack with updated team rosters etc arrives October 29th

I normally get FIFA. Because every year they roll out an awesome promo video claiming they reinvented the game. But in the end, it turns out to be the exact same game as last year, so I get disappointed! This year, when I saw everyone hyping Pro Evo 2016 being back to its best, I got excited. I haven't been disappointed! The game is awesome, every player you play with feels natural and different but yet true to real life. The same goes for the teams you play and the tactics. Nothing feels scripted! You can dominate against a team, see some real life, unique last ditch defending and really feel that team is hanging on for dear life. Only to be hit by a quick counter attach and see your side go one down. It may seem like that would be annoying, however it feels authentic! A massive difference to FIFA where every shot goes in and I would find myself 7/8 nil up and fouling the other team for enjoyment. I got the PS4 version as you can download all the kits, badges etc so the game looks awesome. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a change from FIFA or anyone that loved the original Pro Evos.

Konami totally nailed this game! Even though lots of people say that FIFA has outcome PES in the past few years because it looks "prettier", I truly believe that true football fans aim for playability, and not aesthetics. The new "fluid tactics" is something that bring a lot of realism to the game, and this is all about what I look in this kind of games... The only thing that still bothers me is the fact that some teams still have a "magic player" that can shoot the ball from anywhere in the field and score, and also that the defenders get really dumb (doing own goals) if you play in the hardest mode (superstar).

This is easily the best football game ever made. Gameplay is superb and responsive, and the game runs smoothly online aswell.

Amazing game, new features, I love it. I reccommend for all football lovers.
