Product has arrived an entire month late which given this was meant to be a Christmas gift has been very unacceptable. I've raised questions too about a new estimated delivery date and eventually asking how to go about cancelling the order. No replies until I got told the item has been dispatched only about one week ago. The item itself has also not been packed securely as could hear it sliding about inside the parcel and the box is minorly damaged, making it unsuitable as a gift now on top everything else. Horrible experience and will not be buying from here again.
