kept freezing, wouldn't load up, sound kept going. Sent for repair, and came back with the same issues! I only use it to play dvd, blu ray, and 4k too!

I purchased this mainly because I wanted a cheap alternative to the ridiculously overpriced 4k bluray players by Panasonic and Samsung and so far it hasn't disappointed me. 4k HDR films really look great on the Xbox one S and games in my opinion do look sharper even without the HDR.
