Brilliant film which still excites even 18 years after release. Crowe's performance is magnificent, brilliant cinematography and superb score by Hans Zimmer and Lisa Gerrard. Ridley Scott has created a masterpiece. The steel book is tastefully made with some lovely touches, the gladiator helmet on the back cover subtle and the debossed title on front cover excellent. Highly recommended.

superb movie looking and sounding the best it ever has,detail in the image is stunning for the most part,there are a few softer looking shots because of the lens used,the immersive audio is superb and a joy to hear,add a lovely steelbook and we have a winner.

As we all know the film is awesome and always will be. 4K version is just stunning. Steelbook is gorgeous. Title is embossed and looks and feels great. One for the collection? Definitely!
