Purchased on 10/12 as xmas present and was available for immediate dispatch. Now it's xmas day and still haven't received it. No way of speaking to anyone. You message them and get automated message saying they are working through the orders. Ruined son's xmas present. Merry Xmas zavvi!

Ordered 29/11/2025 for Christmas. Never arrived. Chased multiple times through their Help centre but no reply. No phone number or direct email. Wife spammed their socials and 3 weeks later I get a reply. As of 2 weeks ago (21/1/2026), it's in the final stages of "processing" at the warehouse. I doubt this will ever arrive. AVOID PURCHASING
