The First Trailer For Netflix’s The Sandman TV Series Has Arrived

At today’s global fan event Tudum, Netflix presented the first look at their highly anticipated The Sandman television series, adapted from Neill Gaiman’s comic book series.

Gaiman took to the stage to present the trailer for the show, being joined by cast members Tom Sturridge (Dream) and Kirby Howell-Baptiste (Death) to tell us more about the series.

The teaser doesn’t show much, only hinting at what is to come, but it is enough to get us excited, especially since this is a project that has long been in development, with fans waiting years to see it in live-action.

Alongside Sturridge and Howell-Baptiste, the cast also includes Gwendoline Christie as Lucifer, Charles Dance as Roderick Burgess, Asim Chaudhry as Abel and Boyd Holbrook as The Corinthian amongst others.

No release date has been revealed yet, with Netflix saying the series is just ‘coming soon’, so keep your eyes peeled for an announcement in the coming months.
