Exclusive Art By Matt Ferguson
The year is 2005 ... For millennia, the heroic Autobots, led by Optimus Prime (Peter Cullen), have been at war with the evil Megatron (Frank Welker) and his Decepticons over control of their home planet of Cybertron. However, an even greater threat - Unicron (Orson Welles, Citizen Kane), a colossal converting planet that devours everything in its path - is heading right for Cybertron. The only hope is the Autobot Matrix of Leadership. Will the Autobots be able to save themselves and their home world in time?
An all-star cast, including Judd Nelson (The Breakfast Club), Leonard Nimoy (Star Trek), Eric Idle (the Monty Python films) and Robert Stack (The Untouchables), brings this inimitable, explosively entertaining Autobot adventure to life.

Report this reviewThe transformers the movie 35th anniversary 4k ultra hd-blu-ray steelbook
Love this film finally got it in 4K. It arrived undamaged and looks amazing. What can I say about the film that has not already been said it’s a classic.
Report this reviewA stunning release of the ONLY Transformers movies
Beautiful looking Steelbook and a release worthy of this classic 80’s animated movie. The ONLY Transformers movie to ever consider watching.
Report this reviewNostalgic
The Transformers animated movie takes me back to my childhood, I first saw it in cinemas and have loved it ever since. The animation and colours look vibrant and the picture quality is the best it’s ever been. The soundtrack is excellent. The steelbook is really nice, while I do prefer them to have some kind of embossing or debossing, this one has lovely detail and a nice combination of matte background and gloss detail. There are are a fair amount of bonus features included, overall this is a great release.

Report this reviewImmaculate Steelbook!
There are times when you purchase a steelbook and when you receive it you are stunned at the amount of work that’s gone into the artwork. This is one of those cases and very fitting for such an iconic piece of animation that has lasted the test of time. Even the spine has reflective paterns on the artwork as does the whole steelbook. The steelbook just breathes quality and surely enters the top lists for steelbook collectors. A total must buy if you’re into this.
