Abraham Lincoln-Vampire Hunter
Strap on your seat -belts people and enjoy the ride! A wickedly inventive script,top class action and with tongues locked firmly in cheeks,this movie is pure bubblegum! Incredible in glorious3-D it also gives an idea of what the scriptwriters have up their sleeves for their next collaboration.Very clever how it combines vampires versus humans with the battle for freedom in the American Cicil War.With the lead characters and baddies all believable , it has a real Tarantinoesque feel to it but unlike his "From Dusk Till Dawn" the story doesnt waiver into a 2 parte. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a sequel.

old style vamps.... no romance in sight!
I didn't expect much from Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter 3D (Includes 2D Blu-Ray and Digital Copy) but I was pleasantly surprised. Having watched pretty much every vampire film and TV show in recent years, I am a self confessed vampire junkie, but one thing that grates on me is the same formulaic romance that seems to be in every vamp flick, TV show and book. This goes back to my love of Dracula movies! But the difference with hammers vampires was the fact the vamps treated humans as food, nothing more, and they were ruthless, something which is sadly lacking in this day and age, until this movie and it's in 3D! Vampires are ruthless, the blood flies thick and fast, even if it is CGI, and there is no soppy romance which suits me just fine. I really can't recommend this film enough and it is nothing like Twilight. So if you hate the usual vampire movies and long for the visceral old style of Hammer then you'll love this film!!

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter 3D has superb special effects especially in 3D, I can't wait to see this movie again on a wall from projector, and I received quick delivery too. Thanks.

Decent 3D
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter 3D is worth a watch, but I only bought it to watch in 3D, and the extra dimension certainly helps, particularly in the early stages of the film. The story line is solid enough but occasionally cliched... Still, one for the keep shelf.
