Clasic Fulci
Not regarded as Fulci's best film, that should go to "The Beyond" or "Zombie Flesh Eaters", but "City of the Living Dead" still has enough Fulci elements to keep fans of Italian horror satisfied. Teleporting zombies, a hanging priest, a horrible death by drill, Fulci throws all the factors in to create an almost surreal combination of images. Fulci was never given the respect that he deserved during his lifetime, but in recent years his work has begun to receive the plaudits it deserves. "City of the Living Dead" is a classic release that deserves a view. The extras, as you would expect from Arrow Video, are extensive and fascinating.
