Almost good as the first film
"Elite Squad: The Enemy Within" is a film about the reality on the slums in Rio de Janeiro and the corruption in the Brazilian politics. It's also the sequel to "The Elite Squad". Compared to the first film this one is not very focused on the action but on plot and in the relation between politics and policemen.
