Zavvi - The Home of Pop Culture
Considered one of Alfred Hitchcock's greatest cinematic achievements, Vertigo is a dreamlike thriller from the Master of Suspense.
Set in San Francisco, the film creates a dizzying web of mistaken identity, passion and murder after an acrophobic detective (James Stewart) rescues a mysterious blonde (Kim Novak) from the bay and must unravel the secrets of the past to find the key to his future.
Recognized for excellence in AFI's 100 Years...100 Movies, Vertigo is a "great motion picture that demands multiple viewings" (Leonard Maltin's Classic Movie Guide).

Report this reviewA Five Star Movie
Arguably Hitch's finest movie with Hermann's dazzling score. A masterpiece deserves a cool looking steelbook. This is!
Report this reviewAnother great Hitchcock steelbook
They need to keep bringing these out, as the artwork on these are amazing.

What A great film I have watched it three times and I pick up something new each time. I do wish the film title was on the front of the steelbook and that you had a booklet on the back with the barcode on it so that it can then be placed inside the steelbook instead of that flimsy paper that always creases or rips when you try to open the steelbook, but that is picking. I give the film 5 stars but the steelbook a 3 could do better.
Report this reviewOutstanding Transfer
This film looks pristine, the previous bluray was good, but this 4k takes it to the next level. I really like the steelbook with its metallic finish, it fits in with the style of the film. Just wish there were a few new extras, as these seem to be the same as previous releases. Overall its a 9/10
