"Damn, double damn, and an extra pint of damn for the weekend."
Fry and Laurie continued their witty and hilarious assault on everything the Eighties had held dear: advertising, big business, pompous figures of authority, pretentious actors... Call My Bluff. The series also saw the return of not-so super spy Tony Mercheson and his boss Control; yuppies, John and Peter, still trying to put Utoxeter on the map "dammit"; inane vox-pops and fabulous interview series such as "Realising I've Given The Wrong Directions To..."
Another fabulous series of great satire, comic genius and hilarious use of language had put Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie at the very top of the comedy tree.

A Bit of A Review
The second part of the comedy series by two of Britain's finest national treasures, this is an excellent show and easily stands out as an intelligent form of timeless comedy. Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie complement each other very well and after the brilliant combination of their ideas, came a series which appeals to all. From loud 'damning' business men, to the invention of TV friendly swearwords by the gentlemen themselves, this show is filled gags one can't help but love. I recommend buying all four series, for the sketches in all can be watched time and time again and still keep their wit and charm.
