CUT and Censored film
Unfortunately as we live in the UK and the BBFC censors most films, this has been quite heavily cut and effectively destroyed by the BBFC. From their site. " In total, 49 individual cuts were required, across 11 scenes. It was estimated that around three minutes 48 seconds would need to be removed." I recommend the UNCUT Swedish Njuta Films 3 disc edition, whic includes a DVD and Blue ray of the film and a CD of the soundtrack. Easy to get on import!

one of the sickest movies ever made
I joined a horror group on facebook to find out more about new horrors and to talk about horror movies I like and during a talk about what is the sickest and worst horror movies ever made this one kept appearing in the talk among many other horrors that I already new about. the human centipede, cannibal holocaust and so many more have been described as the sickest movies ever made but without a doubt in my mind the crown goes too the Serbian film. The movie is so sick and twisted I cant even tell you what its about in detail and when asked what its like I tell people to avoid it. The movie is not without its good points, its well made and has some good acting but because of the visuals they show and the story is so twisted it really prevents you from enjoying the movie. To give people a overall idea of how bad this movie is, I watched human centipede 1 and 2 and always thought those 2 were the sickest movies ever made but after watching the Serbian film I would find them now laughable at best. overall: this is a well crafted movie and although it was brave to tackle such a graphic story I just couldn't get past the graphic nature of this movie to give it a 5/5 but I will give it a 4 but mostly because I respect the way it was crafted and how brave the makers and actors would have to be to make it. for people who rate movies out of 10 this movie gets 6/10. for more insight on this score here or other movie scores to put this one into perspective, human centipede: 10/10 - human centipede 2: 8/10. I predict that the Serbian movie will be banned.
