Beverley Callard has worked for twenty years in all aspects of fitness and in this DVD she has combined all her skills and knowledge to produce a fitness programme for real people with busy lives and hectic schedules.
The programme consists of 3 fantastic, totally self-contained workouts that can be done individually or altogether to provide one amazing and very effective fitness routine.
Workout 1 - Full Body 30 Minute Workout
We begin with a warm up, then we work all the major muscle groups throughout the body, paying particular attention to the arms, bottom, hips, thighs and tummy. This will target the parts of the body we all fell we need to work the most.
Workout 2 - Full Body 25 Minute Workout
This is a workout for all those times when we are rushed off our feet and again will target the arms, bottom, hips, thighs and tummy. It's hard work, but twenty five minutes and you're done.
Workout 3 - Abdominal 10 minute workout
This will flatten your tummy and help with your breathing to make the exercises more effective.
With this DVD you CAN get fit, you CAN have a great shape, and you WILL achieve LASTING RESULT.
Depending on your day YOU DECIDE which workout you do.
