Forensic anthropologist Dr. Temperence Brennan, who works at the Jeffersonian Institution and writes novels as a sideline, has an uncanny ability to read clues left behind in a victim's bones. This is a great and compelling story
It takes a short while for you to get into the swing of things with Bones as it starts a little like every other CSI programme out there. Eventually you get to know and love each of the characters even the ones that they bring in now and then in series 4 and 5. The way that they portray the characters and how they deal with the situations that they are put into is genius. I actually do not like CSI programmes, but this makes it interesting and I look forward to the various theories of how the person could have died. The humour factor is pure brilliance and I think Emily Deschanel is a fantastic actress and manages to really get into the head of an anthropologist. I would recommend this series to everyone as it will take you a while to get through it.
