Yoga Stretch - Cool-down and elongate your muscles at the same time.
All the workouts have a warm up at the start, and a bit of a stretch at the end, but I strongly recommend that every time you work out, you add on our wonderful Yoga Stretch at the end. It's only a few minutes long and it'll really help with the any aches and pains the next morning!
Do TRY to exercise at least three times a week, because anything less is just not enough to make a difference and I want you to see results.
